Shipping & Returns
Buckeye Fitness ships from multiple warehouses located throughout the United States. At this time we only ship to the contiguous US due to the size and weight of the products we sell. Most orders over 150 pounds will ship LTL freight. Freight shipments take 5-7 business days to process and ship. Order status emails will be sent and once the order ships a tracking number will be provided. Freight shipments require someone be available to sign for and receive the shipment. Residential customers are responsible for getting the freight from the curb to into the home.
Our return policy varies by product. The customer is responsible for re-packaging, arranging for and paying return shipping charges. This includes items that were shipped LTL freight. Buckeye Fitness will not arrange for return shipping on orders with a total shipping weight over 150 lbs. A re-stocking fee will also apply to returned merchandise. The fee ranges from 20% up to 100%. Items must be returned in original packaging and in like new condition to be eligible for a refund.
If there's a problem with your order, contact us and we'll recommend the best option. In most cases a replacement part can be sent without the need for the entire item to be returned. If an item has been damaged in transit you may refuse the delivery. If the item is left at your door, please take pictures of the damaged merchandise. If the shipping box is badly damaged, take a picture. Take pictures of the damaged merchandise. Pictures will help expediate the return or replacement process and result in the most favorable refund if a return is necessary.
